Ottravel is an AI-powered travel planning application that generates suggested travel itineraries and related recommendations based on information you provide, such as your destination, dates, travel companions, budget, and interests.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. The Service and AI-Generated Content

Ottravel uses artificial intelligence to generate travel itineraries, place suggestions, descriptions, timings, and other recommendations ("AI Content").

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Content is generated automatically and provided for general informational and inspirational purposes only.
• AI Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Places, opening hours, prices, availability, travel times, and other details may be wrong or may change.
• You are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it, including confirming that businesses, attractions, transport, and accommodations exist, are open, and are safe and suitable for you.
• Ottravel does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, or availability of any place, business, or activity suggested in the App.
• Ottravel is not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking service, and does not sell, book, or arrange any travel, accommodation, transport, tickets, or other services.

You use AI Content and make travel decisions at your own risk.
